Eye C Better, a MedTaaS company focused on empowering glaucoma patients to manage their condition, needed a mobile app design that was intuitive, accessible, and aligned with the latest technological advances. The primary challenge was creating an app that simplified complex health data and encouraged user engagement, all while ensuring accessibility for users with vision impairments.
Approach
To develop a solution, we analyzed existing apps in the healthcare and glaucoma management market, identifying the best features from each. This competitive research informed our design direction, allowing us to merge the most user-friendly elements of existing apps into one cohesive experience. We also focused on enhancing accessibility by incorporating haptic touch features, ensuring users could interact with the app through tactile feedback on both iOS and Android devices.
